Vithika Sheru, who has started her career as a child artist in Telugu TV serials at the age of 15, made her silver screen debut in the 2008 kannada film titled

Anthu Inthu Preethi Banthu, which was directed by Selvaraghavan. Later, She has acted in few popular Telugu movies like Preminche Rojullo, Sandadi, Jhummandi Naadam, Bheemili Kabaddi Jattu, and Paddanandi Premalo Mari. She was also paired opposite Harshvardhan Rane in Prema Ishq Kaadhal, which also featured Vishnu, Harish, Rithu Varma and Srimukhi. Vithika has also worked in two Tamil films Uyir Mozhi and Mahabalipuram. 

After her marriage with actor Varun Sandesh in 2016, she has relocated to the United States with him. The actress had participated in the Bigg Boss Telugu season 3 in 2019 along with her husband Varun Sandesh. They were the first celebrity couple of the reality TV series in Telugu. Vithika during one of the tasks towards the finale of the show, even revealed that she is keen upon taking some interesting opportunities on TV as well.
